RHP Open Call - Week Two

After an overwhelming number of sign ups for our first week of Open Calls, we’ve organised a second week for anyone still keen to join the team.

2024 is looking to be the busiest year yet for Right Here Productions, so Alison is looking to expand her team of performers to accommodate her growing business!

As you’ll have noticed, the open calls have been split into two sections - a singing section and an acting section. You are more than welcome to join us for both, but it’s also fine if you’d rather participate in one or the other.

TUESDAY 16TH JANUARY

6-7.30pm - Acting

7.30-9pm - Singing

Each section of the open calls will start with a quick chat from Alison and her team about what to expect from the events in question. Alison will also be around all evening to answer any questions you may have.

All singing waiter hopefuls will need to prepare an UPBEAT pop/rock song that they can perform during the evening. Make sure to have a backing track on your phone/tablet that we can plug into the PA system. Please also make sure you know the song well so that you can sing it without lyrics and give us your best performance - we’re looking for you to get the party started! The song must be upbeat - please see a list of popular singing waiter song requests at the bottom of the page.

Those interested in joining the murder mystery/acting team will be sent a short piece of script ahead of the evening and asked to perform it for the group. The script does not have to be learned word for word - as long as the key points are there, Alison is more interested in the performance you give.

Hopefuls must be over 18 years of age to be part of the team. If you are younger than 18, but would still like to come along and take part in the Open Call for audition experience, you are more than welcome to do that, but RHP cannot bring you on board until you turn 18.
