Singing Waiters

Singing Waiters are one of our most popular services and we absolutely love them!

Get your party started even earlier by having our performers disguise themselves as staff and surprise your guests (at an agreed time during your meal) by bursting into song.

Wedding, charity event or corporate do, RHP singing waiters can inject a bit of fun, hilarity and pure entertainment into your event!

RHP's singing waiters will wow your guests with a 20 minute set of songs of your choosing. We’ll be sure to get your party started in no time! As long as we feel we can do the songs justice, we’ll sing anything, but upbeat party songs work best.

Our singing waiters packages are outlined below and all include some of the best local talent, the set list of your choosing, a full PA system and a tech to run it.

Solo Package

Our solo singing waiter package is suitable for parties of up to 25 people. One singing waiter will entertain your party for a 20 minute set (a price for a longer set can be negotiated).

The fee for this package is £495 plus VAT.

Duet Package

Our duet singing waiter package is suitable for parties of up to 60 people. Two singing waiters will provide a 20 minute set and will play out the scenario of your choosing (waiter and manager/waiter and chef/pizza delivery etc).

The fee for this package is £595 plus VAT.

Trio Package

Our most popular package, the trio singing waiter package suits parties of over 60 people. Includes a 20 minute set and whatever scenario you would like.

The fee for this package is £695 plus VAT.

Deluxe Package

Brand new for 2025, our deluxe singing waiters are a little different. Instead of posing as waiters, our super talented singers will surprise your guests as they enter your venue for the wedding breakfast. Positioned around the room on pedestals, our performers will entertain your guests as they find their seats, sing for your entrance as the newly married couple, and will return in between each course to keep the party going!

The fee for this package is £750 plus VAT.
